After several years working in the foodservice industry across pricing, data analysis and business development, I decided to pivot my career towards sustainability and long-term positive change. I’m now completing a master's in leadership for Sustainable Development at Queen’s University Belfast, and I’ve loved being back at university, fully immersed in learning, research and new perspectives.

The experience has broadened my understanding of sustainability in practice and deepened my belief in collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement. I’m particularly excited about the future of sustainability in both local and global policy contexts, and I’m motivated by the opportunity to help shape practical, people-centred approaches to change.
