
I am a Sustainability Executive at Finnebrogue, a leading UK artisan sausage, bacon, and plant-based food manufacturer. Since joining Finnebrogue and moving to Northern Ireland in August 2023, I have driven cross-departmental sustainability initiatives spanning carbon management, responsible procurement, regulatory compliance, and utility efficiency. My work contributed to Finnebrogue winning major sustainability awards, and I was personally recognised as the UK Quality Food Awards’ Rising Star in 2024.
