I am a BSc Politics and International Studies student with a strong interest in climate governance, international cooperation, and social justice. Through my studies, leadership roles within student representation, and my involvement with the Global Shapers Belfast Hub, I have developed a particular interest in how global climate challenges are experienced at a local level. I have co-authored a policy paper examining the ethical and environmental costs behind the global rise of electric vehicles.
I am joining 30 Under 30 to learn from practitioners across Northern Ireland and to better understand how inclusive, community-informed approaches can support a just transition to Net Zero, particularly by amplifying the voices of women from low socio-economic backgrounds.
