I am the Food Sourcing Officer at FareShare Northern Ireland, I work with local retailers, manufacturers, and producers to ensure their surplus food is redistributed to charities and community groups, rather than going to waste. 

My role brings together environmental and social sustainability, supporting businesses to strengthen their ESG commitments while ensuring nutritious surplus food reaches those who need it most. I also hold a BSc in Food Science and Nutrition, and have previous experience in food manufacturing.

I’m really excited to join this year’s 30U30 cohort to connect with individuals across different sectors, and to learn from industry professionals.
